6.pants. Neaizsargājamie darbi

Autortiesības neaizsargā:

  1. normatīvos un administratīvos aktus, citus valsts un pašvaldību iestāžu izdotus dokumentus un tiesas nolēmumus (likumus, tiesu spriedumus, lēmumus un citus oficiālus dokumentus), kā arī šo tekstu oficiālos tulkojumus un oficiālās konsolidētās versijas;

  1. valsts apstiprinātos, kā arī starptautiski atzītos oficiālos simbolus un zīmes (karogus, ģerboņus, himnas, apbalvojumus), kuru lietošanu nosaka atsevišķi normatīvie akti;

  1. kartes, kuru sagatavošanu un lietošanu nosaka normatīvie akti;

  1. presē, radio vai televīzijas raidījumos vai citos saziņas līdzekļos sniegto informāciju par dienas jaunumiem, dažādiem faktiem un notikumiem;

  1. idejas, metodes, procesus un matemātiskās koncepcijas;

  1. to vizuālās mākslas darbu kopijas, kuriem beidzies autortiesību termiņš, ja tās nav radošās darbības rezultāts.

Article 6. Indefensible works

Copyright does not protect:

  1. regulatory and administrative acts, other documents issued by state and municipal authorities and court rulings (laws, court judgments, decisions and other official documents), as well as official translations and official consolidated versions of these texts;

  1. state-approved as well as internationally recognized official symbols and signs (flags, coats of arms, anthems, awards), the use of which is determined by separate regulatory acts;

  1. cards, the preparation and use of which are determined by regulatory acts;

  1. information about daily news, various facts and events provided in the press, radio or television broadcasts or other means of communication;

  1. ideas, methods, processes and mathematical concepts;

  1. copies of works of visual art whose copyright has expired, if they are not the result of creative activity.
