Barriers/challenges to reusing videos (for educators, students):

• Not able to download a video,

• No subtitles

• Unclear or restrictive licensing

• Lack of time for teachers to prep (main takeaways and highlights key wrt resources),

• too much data (curation required - galleries with summaries good, open formats like g-docs necessary, not in copyright etc);

• students love more interactive media, they are used to interacting this way;

• resources should be peer reviewed and piloted to give assurity to teachers.

• the so what question? Why would people care about it
