 Instructions

1. Access the Zoho Survey page and log in with your account

2. Click on the button ‘Create Survey’

3. Add the title of your Survey and click on the button ‘Create’

4. On the ‘Builder’ page, choose the option at the top that says ‘Themes’. There you will find all templates available for the Europeana Initiative, Europeana Network, Europeana Aggregators’ Forum, and Europeana Foundation.

5. Click on the template that suits your needs.
